Hi,

I am currently using a Samsung Phone and bought an iPhone 7 Plus. During the reloading of the new iPhone, I am able to reload all contacts, apps, SMS from my Samsung phone to iPhone 7 Plus. Except the Whatsapp history, which I am having problem transferring over to my new iPhone.

I have backup my Samsung Whatsapp, but it will go to Google Drive backup. When I try to install the Whatsapp in the iPhone 7 Plus, it will not locate the backup from the iCloud, as the backup was in Google Drive Cloud.

Not sure if any one have came across this issue and have solution to it?
